What is your jewellery made of? 

Our pieces are lovingly handcrafted from high-quality brass — a metal known for its strength, beauty, and rich golden hue. Some designs are accented with enamel, semi-precious stones, or natural finishes, depending on the collection. We celebrate the raw, imperfect charm of handmade work, so every piece is slightly unique.

 

Will brass jewellery tarnish or change colour?

Yes, over time, brass naturally oxidizes and develops a patina — a soft darkening that gives it an antique feel. This is completely normal and part of the metal's character. If you prefer a bright, golden look, regular cleaning with a soft cloth and gentle polish will keep your jewellery gleaming.

 

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Brass is generally well-tolerated by most skin types. However, if you have a history of metal allergies (especially to copper or nickel), we recommend wearing your pieces for short durations initially to test for any sensitivity.

 

How do I care for my brass jewellery?

  • Keep your pieces dry — remove before bathing, swimming, or sweating.

  • Store them in an airtight bag or pouch when not in use.

  • To clean, wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a bit of lemon juice or natural brass polish (but avoid on enamel or stone surfaces).

 

Do you offer customisation or personalisation?

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your chosen pieces to the cart, and check out securely via our website.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each piece is made or finished to order, with love and care.
Please allow 2 business days for delivery within Mumbai and 5–7 business days for across India.
If you're ordering for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order a bit in advance.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Our jewellery travels well — and far. International shipping rates and timelines will be calculated at checkout. Please note, customs duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we currently do not accept returns. However, if your piece arrives damaged or there's been a mix-up, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.

 

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. We use plastic-free, recyclable, and reusable packaging, designed to be as kind to the planet as it is beautiful.
Your jewellery arrives in a cotton pouch  — perfect for gifting or safe-keeping.
