Shipping Timelines

We lovingly hand-pack every order and aim to dispatch them at the earliest. 
Mumbai orders: 4 business days from the date of order. Rest of India: 7 business days from the date of order.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on eligible products to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. In case the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Damages in Transit

We take great care in packaging, but if your item reaches you damaged, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery with images of the damaged product and outer packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement for you at the earliest.
